The Keysight N2140A (200 MHz) and N2142A (75 MHz) passive probes are high impedance probes with a switchable attenuation ratio (1:1 and 10:1). They are compatible with the Keysight InfiniiVision EDUX 1002A/G and DSOX1102A/G digital storage oscilloscopes or similar oscilloscopes with 1 MΩ BNC input.
The N2140A and N2142A probes have been designed and calibrated for use with instruments having an input impedance of 1 MΩ paralleled by 20 pF. However, the probes may be re-calibrated for use with instruments having an input capacitance of 15 to 40 pF.
